Post It T-Shirt

It’s Now Possible To Send Compressed Textiles By Post!

T-shirts are compressed to fit into a 10 x 15 cm package - the same size as a postcard. The thickness of the compressed t-shirt varies from 20 to 30 mm allowing it to fit into any post/letterbox.

The package consists of 2 full-colour printed carton inlays. The front is a postcard and the reverse is a blank space to which the address is filled out. The carton inlays can be printed on both sides if more information is to be included. One carton inlay can also be substituted for a mini catalogue/flyer. The Post It T-Shirt can be placed into a branded box as an alternative to the postcard style.

Printing & Inks

Our printing inks result in premium quality screen printing. 1 to 10 spot colour printing is available on white garments using mostly water-based inks. This results in a soft feel.

Four colour process printing onto white garments.

Photographic reproduction onto dark garments. A special silkscreen separation is used with up to 10 colours of plastisol inks or discharge printing.

Screen printing with a glossy finish. After a garment is printed we apply a special laminate to create a super glossy finish.

Discharge printing creates an ultra-soft print onto dark garments. (Discharge printing is a method of printing where a colour destroying agent is screen printed onto the garment which in essence extracts the dyed fabric colour.)
