Soft Enamel Badges

Soft enamel badges are hand made and die stamped from iron or brass metal. Your logo or design is struck into the metal surface creating raised and recessed metal. The raised areas are polished by hand and the recessed areas are filled with a cold (soft) enamel with tiny syringes. 

Hard Enamel Badges

With hard enamel badges, the brass is die struck with the logo. Coloured glass based enamel is then ladled into the recesses and then hand fired to very high temperatures. Once cooled the badge is polished creating a and super smooth finish. The final plating process finishes off these premium lapel badges.

Printed Steel Badges

Our bespoke printed steel badges are cut to size as per your design specifications. The badges can be screen printed with up to 4 spot colours or are full-colour process printed with a hard wearing epoxy coating.

Aluminium Clutch Pin Badges

These are either Pantone matched or 4 colour process printed and have a shorter lead time than other metal badges. They are clear domed finished as standard and give a beautiful soft shine. Aluminium clutch badges are fitted with a butterfly clutch as standard - magnetic fittings are also available.

Our Plastic Clutch Pin Badges are produced in stunning 4 colour process print. They are clear domed finished as standard and come in a white or bright silver base materials. All badges are fitted with either a bar pin or a butterfly clutch pin and magnet a fitting is also available. Badges can be supplied as bagged individually or in specific quantities.

Button Badges

Great for children, our Button Badges can be Pantone or 4 colour process printed. Metallic and DayGlo ink options are available to add some extra character to your design. Button Badges are fitted with pins as standard and the 55mm badge comes with a plastic safety clip as an option. They can be mounted on presentation cards for distribution, bagged individually or in specific quantities. A child safety warning is automatically added to every pin badge unless specifically requested otherwise. Our 55mm and 75mm plastic badge backs are made from 100% recycled material.

Die Cut Card Badges

Available in any shape or size, Die Cut Card Badges and are 4 colour print processed and come with a bar pin fitting as standard, although other fittings are available. These badges can be bagged individually or in specific quantities.

Real Wood Badges

Our real wood badges come in a choice of standard shapes and sizes in either oak or maple woods. These are laser engraved or can be 4 spot colour processed and have a pin fitting as standard. A magnet fitting can also be used.

A natural product that has so much character to it. Each wood type has its own characteristics when laser engraved. Responsibly sourced, these real wood badges are unique and recyclable.

The minimum order quantity is just 25.
