Our ColourCoat with Pantone matching gives the mug body an intense colour that will not fade. These can be screen printed over the top. The inside of the mug remains white and the base can also be printed in 1 colour.

Etching

Mugs can be etched prior to the application of a Pantone matched body colour giving added depth to your design. The full-colour base can also be printed in 1 colour. Etching is applied in one position as standard. This innovative etched decoration technique enables your design to be permanently etched into the mug, subtle but effective. The mug base can also be printed in 1 colour. Available with a gloss or matt finish.

Pantone Matched True Colour / & Halo Effect (Hand-Coated)

True colour Pantone match on a ceramic mug is a fully dishwasher-safe process. The new halo effect can also be Pantone matched adding extra “pizzazz” for a very competitive price.

PhotoMug & Two Tone PhotoMug with Duraglaze

Our Rim & Handle and Two Tone mugs transform a promotional mug into a beautiful gift people will want to keep on their desks for longer. Available in 12 different colours, the two-tone PhotoMugs can be branded with a full-colour photographic print. These come in various body styles which are printed in full colour by dye-sublimation, some of them right from top to bottom, for photo quality print unobtainable by any other means.

Inner ColourCoat Duraglaze PhotoMug

The Spoon mug is now available with a gloss Pantone-matched inner to your choice of Pantone colour. The outside of the mug remains white and can be printed with a full-colour dye sublimation photo print. The mug base can also be printed in 1 colour.

Dye-Sublimation

Dye-sublimation provides a high-quality print with bright and colourful images. In this process, the dye penetrates the surface of the item so that the result is colourful, long lasting and resistant to scratching.

SatinSub® Durham PhotoMug

Our innovative, exclusive and fashionable SatinSub® PhotoMugs do not reflect light like traditional gloss mugs resulting in a crisper, sharper image on a tactile finish that really stands out. SatinSub® is especially full-colour with designs printed straight from top to bottom. All SatinSub® PhotoMugs are based on our patented Duraglaze® coating, making them 100% dishwasher proof. Although the mug is microwave safe, prolonged heating may damage the surface.

SatinTouch

A satin coating gives the mug a unique soft feel. The inside of the mug remains glossy. SatinTouch mugs do not reflect light like traditional gloss mugs; resulting in crisper, sharper images on a tactile finish that lets your design really stand out. Your design is screen overprinted. The mug base can also be printed in 1 colour.

True Colours Screen Print

Printed using our revolutionary TruColour® system at no extra cost. TruColour® enables you to Pantone match your print rather than trying to accomplish a “close-match” with spot colours, available on dark glazes.

Screen Print

Screen print is a Pantone option for companies on a budget. It is best for simple logos and designs were usually, up to four colours can be printed onto the main body of the mug. Screen printed mugs are 100% dishwasher safe.
