Paul is the Managing Director of Micro UK and has 20 years of experience in the Promotional Merchandise Industry. He recently led the company’s expansion into Australia, where he spends part of the year overseeing the growing business.

Known for his strategic insights and hands-on approach, Paul is involved in shaping the company’s product offering. He thrives on collaborating with the creative team to push boundaries and frequently engages with our China-based team to develop promotional solutions tailored to our customers’ evolving needs.

Paul H is our resident sports enthusiast and Sales Director at Micro. He oversees the daily operations of our office, leads our client development team, and nurtures strong relationships with our customers. Paul takes great pride in understanding each client’s unique needs and collaborates with our team to ensure they receive exceptional service, tailored to their business.

With over 25 years of commercial design experience and a wealth of product knowledge to draw from, Natalie leads our creative team.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, she oversees corporate identity branding across the UK and Australia, ensuring consistency and impact in all visual communications. Natalie thrives in creative discussions, enjoys developing new product and design ideas, and takes pride in seeing projects come to fruition. Her dedication to working closely with customers enables her to deliver impactful promotional product campaigns that not only add value to their brand but also build trust and loyalty, helping them stand out in competitive markets.

Boshra is a dedicated, hardworking and long-standing team member at Micro, known for consistently delivering high-quality work. Her positive attitude and collaborative nature make her an invaluable asset, whether she’s tackling complex projects, supporting colleagues, or working her magic on a spreadsheet — she can make even the trickiest formulas behave!

Becca is a multi-talented member of our team, seamlessly dividing her time between the sales department and busy design studio.

With a BA Hons degree in illustration and over 7 years of experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry, Becca brings a unique blend of creativity and sales expertise to every project. Her passion for design and keen eye for detail make her an invaluable asset, consistently delivering outstanding results.

John, affectionately known as “Old Skool,” is our exceptional Warehouse Manager. With years of experience, he brings efficiency and organisation to every aspect of our logistics operations. John’s meticulous approach ensures our warehouse runs smoothly, improving inventory management and distribution processes.

Carolyn is a dedicated and responsible individual who oversees accounts, ensures our workplace adheres to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Her commitment to safety and readiness to act in any emergency situation make her an invaluable guardian of our well-being. Carolyn’s vigilance and proactive approach help create a secure and healthy environment for everyone.

As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Lynn brings a wealth of HR expertise to the team. From recruitment to advising on employee relations, she plays a key role in keeping both the business and the people thriving. Lynn is passionate about creating a positive work environment and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Sheree is a longstanding and invaluable member of our team, known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication. While we can’t reveal too much (since she handles our payroll!), we can certainly say that her contributions are essential to our smooth operations.

Martyn is the go-to person for all things tech, making sure our systems are running smoothly and staying up to date. With a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, he keeps everything behind the scenes functioning seamlessly. A true computer enthusiast, Martyn has earned himself the nickname “our very own Sheldon Cooper”.

Glen is a highly experienced, commercially astute, customer focused senior business manager with 20 years of successful B2B national account management and business development experience across multiple continents and industry sectors.

He loves working in a team environment, leading, coaching and mentoring sales/account management, and cross functional teams. Glen’s personal commitment is to customer service and delivering quality solutions.

Ruth is a highly experienced and personable individual who is well organised, hardworking and committed. She enjoys being part of a team but you can also count on her to own a task and get things done successfully. She has had a variety of experience across different sectors including marketing, retail, education, finance and hospitality and educated to degree level. Ruth is very passionate about sustainability and the environment and has also volunteered in various roles at playgroups, kindergarten, schools and sports clubs.

Callum has over 7 years’ experience in various roles including Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Community Sports & Charities. He loves being part of a winning team, is enthusiastic and a dedicated person who works hard and is incredibly motivated to learn and improve every day. He is always striving to have a positive and diligent mindset, easily adjusting to any situation.

He has also completed his Cert IV in Marketing and Communications which really has improved his conversations with customers and visiting clients on a monthly basis.

Whether it’s designing, or picking up the phone, Callum will always be looking to put a smile on people’s faces.

Cherry has been with Micro for over 20 years, playing a key role in ensuring that all of our Far-East sourced products meet Micro’s high-quality standards. Cherry is an expert in sourcing and product development, and is always on the lookout for new ideas and innovative products to bring to the table, helping us stay ahead in the market.

Based in China, Nancy Liu is an essential member of the team, recognised for her reliability and dedication to any project set. She consistently delivers high-quality work and collaborates seamlessly with colleagues, playing a vital role in our success.
